In "my EARMA page" I was asked to give information about the homepage of "my university" - but I am not a member of any university. The university of my life is or was a company...

This shows in an evident way the strong connection between EARMA and the university world: But I am of the opinion and I am aware that nearly all members of EARMA should be of the opinion that European research is only successful by a close cooperation between science and business due to a close cooperation between all actors in the innovation process "from the innovative idea to the product on the market".

This is a strong challenge for the future work of EARMA!!!!
The latest signals or messages and proposals of the EU commission show the evidence of strong relation between future connection between RP8 and CIP, between Research and Innovation (see: new establishment of DG Research and Innovation). In detail: we should address more than before the companies and should co-operate with the European network of the "Enterprise Europe network", etablished in all local regions of Europe and beyond.

I am aware that you are aware about the EEN in your region and its outstanding role in the process of R&D, transnational technology transfer up to market information in specific cases.

I would be glad to hear more from you concerning my ideas.
