I have just gone through discussion of the group. I very much much agree with what has been said. I would only add my personal experience - what I am looking for are not only technical matters (knowledge) but also human matters - knowing who is who, personal interactions and contacts during EARMA actions are the best way to be able to co-operate with these colleagues in joint projects and actions in nearer of farer future, to ask them for co-operation, piece of advice. If we know each other the co-operation is much more effective than impersonal exchnge of e-mails. EARMA should be the best platform, best place for meeting of people preparing research projects, doing project management, organizing project activities at their institutions. Maybe some project corner during EARMA actions could also help - exchange of projects ideas....
