EARMA represents the community of Research Managers and Administrators within Europe. Our members work at the forefront of building the European Research Area, with implementing Framework 7 funding schemes at the level of individual universities, research institutions, and SME's, and to plan ahead for FP8 and the new emerging funding schemes as Joint Programmeing and KIC's. We form the interface between research funding organisations and the scientific community, bridging cultural and legal differencesbetween countries, and between academia and industry, contributing to policy consultations, and managing the smooth running of research projects.
