The Commission intends to abolish the different Cost Models and to have a single cost model based primarily on the recovery of full costs. This Workshop examines the different approaches to direct and indirect costs in a full-cost environment and how to implement them for your organisation.

Starting with an overview of how FP7 is organised, it will concentrate on key factors in project evaluation: best practice in project management, financial control, exploitation and dissemination.
