To begin our Conference this year, a welcome Reception will be held on the evening of Sunday 18th June 2006.  The Reception will take the form of a wine-tasting and buffet, and will begin at 18:00 (Paris time).  Please note, however, that this event will NOT take place at the Institut Pasteur.  Instead, the Reception will be held nearby in the Salons de Boffrand of the Présidence du Sénat (near to the Jardin du Luxembourg).  You need to make your own way to the Event (see  Senat_Location_Map.pdf (64.17 KB) ).

A formal invitation to the Reception has already been sent to those delegates who expressed a wish to attend this event.

IMPORTANT:  You will need your formal invitation, plus an official form of identification (passport, national ID card), to gain entrance to the Sénat and the Reception.  You should also have paid any remaining Conference fees (together with any accompanying persons) before arriving in Paris.
