In accordance with the provisions of the EARMA Constitution, Article 7.1 (Meetings), we hereby give notice that the next EARMA General Assembly will take place on the 20th June 2006 during the EARMA Annual Conference in Paris. The venue for the General Assembly will be the Auditorium at the Institut Pasteur, 28 Rue du Docteur Roux, 75724 Paris Cédex 15. The General Assembly will commence at 11:15 and finish at 13:00.
All Members of EARMA are entitled to attend this meeting, and are encouraged to participate in the proceedings. The Agenda can be found in the Members' section of this website, within 'EARMA Documents'.
All relevant supporting documents will be distributed at the beginning of June, and will also be available on our website, and at the Conference.
As you can see from the attached Agenda there is a lot of business to get through. Thus, to assist with the smooth running of the whole event it would be very helpful if you could familiarize yourself with all the supporting paperwork prior to the event. On our part, we promise to keep all the presentations brief and relevant.
