We are pleased to inform you that EUA is inviting interested members of the university community to submit expressions of interest to participate in the second study visit organised as part of the EUIMA – Full Costing project, which aims to enhance the development of full costing at European universities.
The study visit, which will take place at the Technische Universität Dresden in Germany between 20 – 22 June 2011, will allow European university leaders, managers and administrators to learn from an institution well advanced in the implementation of full costing. It will provide hands-on experience from different management levels within the host institution, which will be complemented by expert perspectives from other German and foreign universities. Through this one and a half day event, participants will learn about the key strategic issues and develop the skills required for implementing full costing at their own institutions.
