Welcome to EARMA, the European Association of Research Managers & Administrators - taking the lead and setting standards for the professional management of research within Europe and the European Research Area.

As a not-for-profit organisation, EARMA exists to promote the best interests of our Members, by providing services in professional development, networking, and dissemination of best practice in the field of research management.  Our Members represent public and private research organisations from over 30 countries across Europe. Our activities include training courses, Working Groups, an Annual Conference, an interactive discussion forum, our Training & Integration Fund (TIF), and a bi-monthly research management publication, Link.  We aim to provide a voice for research managers in European policy-making.
